With a background in social work, counselling and psychology, I’ve spent years supporting others through emotional healing, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation.
My work is rooted in science and soul, in both personal transformation and professional expertise — blending trauma-informed care, life coaching, spiritual mentorship, and over 25 years of intuitive Tarot and oracle practice. As a certified Reiki Level 3 Master, I bring energetic wisdom into every session, journal, and book I create.
